* Any food products bought from ‘True Jeeva’ website are not eligible to offer refunds for orders that have already been shipped.
True Jeeva is confident that you’ll love our products. If you are not satisfied with any of our non-food products, we offer our customers a 14-day money back guarantee minus the shipping fee. Expedited Shipping fees will not be refunded on any order. To request a refund, please email us “ info@truejeeva.com ” with the subject line: “Refund Request” with order number.

Damaged Goods: Accidents may occasionally happen while in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged goods at “ info@truejeeva.com”, we’ll refund your order and make it right.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order number and photos of the incorrect items (must be unopened) at “ info@truejeeva.com”, We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations:

All orders placed are final. Note: We are unable to modify your shipping address once your order has been submitted. Please ensure that your delivery address is current and valid at the time of checkout on TrueJeeva.com website.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. You will be credited to the original form of payment used within 7-10 business days.
