Refund policy
We want your experience with True Jeeva® to feel simple, supportive, and transparent.
Please note that food products purchased from the True Jeeva website are not eligible for refunds once orders have shipped, due to the nature of these items.
For non-food products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided items are unused and returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued minus return shipping costs. There is currently no restocking fee.
To request a return or refund, please email info@truejeeva.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number.
Exceptions
Damaged Goods
While rare, shipping accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged items sent to info@truejeeva.com. Once reviewed, we will refund your order and make it right.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the unopened incorrect item(s). We will arrange a return at no cost to you and issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipment.
To cancel an order, please email info@truejeeva.com with your name and order number.
If an order is placed less than 24 hours before shipment, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though a cancellation fee may apply.
Once an order has shipped, it is considered final.
Please note that we are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. Be sure your delivery information is accurate at checkout.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary before a refund is officially posted. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping and Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return transit times may vary depending on your location.
Any return or exchange packages lost in transit will not be refunded unless a valid tracking number is provided.
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, True Jeeva reserves the right to limit or refuse refunds or guarantees at our discretion.
