Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and ready to ship within one week of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping for clarity and ease at checkout.
Standard Shipping (4–5 business days): $5.99
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
Orders over $99 ship for free.
Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten order processing time.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the most efficient option available at the time of shipment. You will always be charged the flat rate selected at checkout, regardless of the carrier used.
Shipping Protection
Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We strongly recommend adding Route shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
True Jeeva is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen.
Delivery Timing
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. True Jeeva is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

At this time, True Jeeva ships within the United States only.
